New season

Hi team.  We will practice today (Wednesday, 8/26) and Friday from 9:30-11:00.  Starting next Monday, August 31st, we will practice Monday through Friday from 3:00-4:30.  Please be early to practice and ready to go on time.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK IN!!  You will not be able to practice without it.  Starting today we will really get busy.  We have a lot to learn before the first match on Tuesday, September 15th.

Health forms

Hi team,  Mr. Walentuk will not be mailing home the health history forms this year.  Instead you can pick it up at the main office or print it out from the school website.  Hear is the link to the sports page: http://lpmhs-lpds-ny.schoolloop.com/athletics

Look on the left side of the page under Sports Forms and print out Athletic Health History.  Be sure to have your paperwork complete by the first day of practice.
